G ood news for families visiting the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area: six East Tennessee restaurants have been named among Yelp's Top 100 family-friendly restaurants in the country.

The Pigeon Forge spot, located at 2430 Teaster Lane, ranked No. 96 on Yelp's Top 100 list. It's a local favorite for families and sports fans alike, its website says.

So if you're not in the mood to cook this year, don't worry because many favorite restaurants in Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg will be open on Christmas Day.
