Phoenix police and Grand Canyon University opened a real-time crime center in the heart of prostitution and crime activity on 27th Avenue.

A neighborhood coalition — with participation from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Police Department, churches, schools, businesses, and more — is working to combat prostitution in the Valley.
