Ohio's tornado season is from March through May, according to Cassady. That doesn't mean tornadoes only occur in those months. They can happen any time of the year, including January and February.

Impact: One of Ohio’s deadliest tornadoes, this storm was part of the notorious Palm Sunday outbreak. It carved a path through Toledo and nearby areas, flattening homes and businesses.
