Delaware continued its improbable run in the Coastal Athletic Association Tournament with a 82-72 win over No. 1 seed Towson in the CAA semifinals Monday. Delaware entered the conference tournament with a 15-19 record and had lost six consecutive games before becoming the first double-digit seed to advance to the CAA semifinals since 2002.

Donovan Newby had 17 points, Noah Ross scored 12 of his 14 points in the second half and UNC Wilmington denied No. 12 seed Delaware a historic end to the tournament with a 76-72 victory on Tuesday night in the Coastal Athletic Association championship game.
