The Railway Department, in collaboration with the Central Cultural Fund, is set to launch a new initiative to boost tourism at the iconic Ella Demodara Nine-Arch Bridge and its surroundings.

The work on the nine bridges would be costly, easily needing billions of dollars for projects that could take years to complete, PennDOT said.
