The Browns took Garrett with the first overall pick in 2017, and he has rewarded them by being a six-time Pro Bowler, a six-time All-Pro, and the 2023 NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

Myles Garrett and Aaron Rodgers have only met once thus far, back in Week 16 of the 2021 season. Rodgers led the Green Bay Packers to a 24-22 victory, and Garrett failed to record a sack in that game.
