Former Del. Frank S. Turner, who was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 1994 and represented Howard County’s 13th District, died Feb. 14. He was 70.
Potter announced in May he had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that had spread to his liver. Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Chief Aaron Evans worked closely with him.
