South Colonie schools are gearing up to “stuff the bus.” The district’s signature event this year will be Colonie High School’s Holiday light parade drive-through style show held on Dec. 2.

Bus Rapid Transit, or BRT, is a bus system on steroids. It’s not as shiny of a public transit toy as a light rail line, but might be far more useful to the Triangle.
