Former NFL player and pro wrestler Leon White, also known as Big Van Vader, died at the age of 63, his son Jesse announced on Twitter Wednesday morning.

White was drafted as a center by the Rams in 1978. During his first season, he was put on the injured reserve list. In his second season, he played in Super Bowl XIV against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
