Netflix has confirmed the cast for The Diplomat season three, sharing first-look images of them in action. Keri Russell and Rufus Sewell will return to reprise their roles as Kate and Hal Wyler in the third season, with Allison Janney back as Vice President Grace Penn, who joined the political thriller in season 2.

Netflix officially revealed that Bradley Whitford will be joining Allison Janney on the third season of The Diplomat. The two actors had earlier worked together on the NBC cult TV show, The West Wing from 1999 to 2006.

After season 2 of Netflix’s political drama The Diplomat ended on a huge twist, the series is barreling toward a third chapter—one with major implications for Kate’s career, widening the target already strapped to her back.
