WYOMING, USA — A multi-vehicle crash inside a westbound tunnel on Interstate 80 has resulted in casualties, according to Wyoming Highway Patrol. The Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County describes it as a "mass casualty incident."

Wyoming officials on Sunday said a third death has been confirmed from a fiery multi-vehicle pileup inside a tunnel on Interstate 80.

Another person has been confirmed dead as the investigation continues into a major, multi-vehicle crash in the westbound tunnel of I-80 in Green River, Wyoming, according to the Wyoming Dept. of Transportation.
