The wife of Coronation Street legend Simon Gregson, Emma has become a star in her own right in this community, thanks to her mouth-watering home-made cakes and old-fashioned hospitality.

Angela Shaffer, the community director for the nonprofit organization Central Street Evanston, said she is excited to welcome the bakery to the neighborhood.
