Frances Barry Stalcup, a devoted wife, loving mother, adoring grandmother, beloved sister and friend, passed peacefully into her heavenly home on July 21, 2025. She was 81.

The stars will be in Dahlonega for the inaugural Christmas in a Small Town, a fan convention hosted by Atlanta-based event production company Decade Days.
