Mr Brown, a father of six, was abducted and shot dead by members of the Loyalist Volunteer Force (LVF) as he locked gates at Bellaghy GAA club in 1997. He was 61 years old when he died.

“Whoever did this is not a true GAA supporter. No genuine supporter would behave in this way. They should hang their head in shame for bringing this kind of behaviour to the game.
