The Fresno County District Attorney's office says a Fresno police officer will not be charged with domestic violence.

The search for an escaped California inmate accused of killing a police officer in Mexico is over. Cesar Hernandez was arrested Thursday by members of Mexico's State Investigation Agency.

Kern County fugitive, Cesar Hernandez, was arrested in Mexico after escaping custody and fleeing to Mexico where he was involved in a fatal shooting.
