If you’re craving a guilt-free summer treat, these Very Berry Frozen Yogurt Cups are the answer. They are my new favorite frozen treat to enjoy during the summer to enjoy while cooling off.
Whisk yogurt and milk in a medium bowl until blended. Add the dry pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in ½ cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, ½ cup blackberries and 1 cup thawed whipped topping.
In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, vanilla and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin cup, covering the crust. Top with fresh chopped berries.
