One person was killed in east Fort Worth late Monday, Feb. 17, when their vehicle crashed into a light pole, officials said. Officers were dispatched to Meadowbrook Boulevard near Eastchase Parkway about 10:15 p.m. Someone reported that a vehicle had hit a pole in front of Chicken Express, according to the 911 call sheet.

A woman is facing a murder charge after police say she intentionally caused a crash that killed her partner and injured another.

One person was killed and two others injured when a SUV struck a light pole in Fort Worth on Saturday afternoon, officials with the Fort Worth Police Department said. The crash occurred in the 3400 block of Northeast 28th Street around 12:45 p.m. Saturday, according to online police call logs.
