The shooting left 39-year-old Larry Milligan dead, and his vehicle crashed in a Phoenix roadway. His killer was sentenced to life in prison.

According to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, 39-year-old Steven Orona was sentenced for first-degree murder and drive-by shooting in the death of Larry Milligan.
