A newborn baby boy dumped in a public latrine at Ahansonyewodea in Obuasi East has been rescued alive by personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS).

Firefighters in Obuasi, in Ghana’s Ashanti Region, have successfully rescued a newborn baby who had been abandoned in a public latrine at Kawmeduakrom, located in the Obuasi East District.
