Jeffrey Brownlee, 36, of the first block of South Seventh Street in Easton, was arrested Sept. 9, 2021, in an investigation into drug sales and the manufacture of ghost guns, city police report.

EASTON, Pa. - Easton police say they busted a drug and "ghost gun" dealer Thursday morning. Police say they raided an apartment at 29 South 7th Street looking for 36-year-old Jeffrey Brownlee.
