The DeKalb school board approved its plan earlier this week, but it did not include the modernization of Druid Hills High. That was the third time the school board opted not to modernize the school.

Druid Hills High School sits nestled between Emory University and the Druid Hills neighborhood. But its student body is drawn from a much wider swath of the county’s residents.

Druid Hills High School is ranked 119th within Georgia. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® coursework and exams. The AP® participation rate at Druid Hills High School is 52%.
