Police in Parker were able to “hopefully” reunite a baby deer with its mother after responding to a call about the fawn crying in a resident’s garage.

Lifeguards rescued a deer that got swept out to sea off the coast of Flagler Beach, Florida, on Sunday, with a witness telling ABC News the incident coincided with a possible shark sighting.

Footage captured by Jennifer Barnett shows the deer quickly being swept downstream, dodging various debris left behind in the destruction of the historic and deadly Texas floods.
