Culpepper Realty is planning a new development where Hurricane Harry's and several other businesses are located.

College Station and Texas A&M have seen a steady increase in population over the last decade, and experts say it’s putting a lot of pressure on development in the area.

Culpepper told the city the IHOP location was the oldest continually operating restaurant in College Station. Early plans for The Union show a parking garage located where Hurrican Harry’s sits.
