The Salisbury Zoo welcomes two new black-handed spider monkeys, Sadie and Ripley, from Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo. The mother-daughter duo joins resident male spider monkey, Rozindi, to form a troop.

The species' only home is now Khau Ca, raising alarms for conservationists and researchers. The monkeys were last seen in Quan Ba Forest in June 2020.
