I took my car to Big O Tires last week for a battery replacement and oil change, and when I went to pick it up, the total was $650. Absolutely outrageous.

Big O Tires has opened its first North Dakota location in Mandan. Franchisees for the new location at 2801 Memorial Highway are Randy Rhone and Ben Zachmeier. General manager is Jim Schwartzbauer.

The car needed tires, oil change and inner/outer tie rods replaced. Anna kept us updated and was a pleasure to speak with. Great worker, great personality great customer service experience.
