The Albert Einstein Little Thinker plush doll, from The Unemployed Philosophers Guild, was flown by the SpaceX Crew-5 astronauts as their zero-g indicator.

One thing we can confirm, though, is the new Baby Yoda plush is already sold out. The doll cost $24.99 and was available for preorder, shipping out in February 2020.

The most recent one to go to space is a plush Einstein doll, with the characteristic disheveled white hair. The 11-inch-tall doll was dressed in a gray sweater and black pants.
