The Spokane-based architectural firm submitted site plans to the city for a 29,000-square-foot hangar, 3,200-square-foot office and lounge, and 2,000-square-foot storage area at 8135 W. Pilot Drive.

The application, which includes proposed site plans and architectural elevations, is currently under internal review.
