The son of former longtime NFL offensive coordinator Norv Turner, Scott Turner spent three years as Washington's offensive coordinator from 2020 to 2022 and was with the Raiders the past two years.

The New York Jets are bringing back the passing game coordinator position on their coaching staff under Aaron Glenn. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Scott Turner formerly of the Las Vegas Raiders was hired in New York as the team’s passing game coordinator.
