Officer Saul Duran was arrested for the sexual assault of two sisters, ages 14 and 15, between 2008 and 2012 when he was a facilitator in a Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office program, known as The Parent Project.

SAN JOSE — A police officer was arrested Monday on suspicion of sexual misconduct against a minor that occured between 2008 and 2012 while he worked as a facilitator at a Santa Clara County program providing guidance to parents, authorities said.
