Col. John Bolduc is set to retire as superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol on May 4, when he reaches the agency’s mandatory retirement age of 60. Gov. Jim Pillen announced Bolduc’s retirement and an application process for his successor in a news release Tuesday.
