A man was shot and killed in the backyard of his home in Philadelphia's Mill Creek neighborhood on Sunday night.

A man was shot in the chest outside a home in Gretna Saturday evening and later died at the hospital, Gretna Police said. Gretna Police Officers were responding to a call about a disturbance in the 2100 block of Stafford Street around 5:30 p.m. when someone reported a shooting in the same block and that the suspect was still on scene.
