The Philadelphia Eagles lost their second coordinator to a head coach hire in three years, but the fan reaction to Kellen Moore joining the Saints is much more positive:

Nick Underhill reports that Moore will fly back to Philadelphia with the Eagles before beginning the process of accepting the Saints’ head coaching position. I’m told that Kellen Moore is expected to fly back to Philadelphia with the Eagles after this game, and then the process for becoming the next Saints head coach will continue after that.

For the third straight season, the Eagles will be looking for a new offensive coordinator after Kellen Moore took the Saints head coaching job.
