A 13-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of setting off fireworks that sparked a wildfire this week in coastal Southern California, forcing the evacuations of about a hundred canyon homes.

Authorities in Northern California have found the bodies of all seven people missing since an explosion last week at a fireworks warehouse that caused a wildfire and shook a tiny farming community.

Homeowner Earl Decastro, 46, was nabbed and booked for involuntary manslaughter, though he has since posted his $25,000 bail.
