President Trump is pushing through with his tariff agenda, unveiling a new batch of letters to country leaders outlining tariffs on goods imported from their countries beginning in August. Trump on Thursday announced a 35% tariff on Canadian goods.

President Donald Trump on Saturday threatened duties of 30% on products from Mexico and the European Union, two of America’s biggest trading partners, in an ongoing tariff campaign that’s upended global trade since he retook office in January.

The deadline for the duties to go into effect are still three weeks, which may mean the announcements could be a negotiating move.
