Central Florida counties to open cold weather shelters this week
Flagler County was one of the first local counties to confirm opening cold weather shelters. The Sheltering Tree organization will open its shelter at the Rock Transformation Center, 2200 North State Street. The shelters will be open for three nights on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as another cold snap is expected.
