BOSTON -- One of the most legendary tournaments in hockey is set to write a new chapter on Monday night, as the Boston University Terriers take on the Harvard Crimson in the first of two semifinals in the annual Beanpot.

The No. 1 Boston College Eagles (19-4-1, 12-3-1 HE) men’s hockey team starts its run in the 2025 Beanpot as it takes on the Northeastern Huskies (9-12-3, 4-9-3 HE) in the semifinals on Monday night.

The Boston College Eagles men’s hockey team is getting ready to compete in the 72nd annual Beanpot starting on Monday. The Eagles will be joined by the Northeastern Huskies, the Boston University Terriers, and the Harvard Crimson in the multi-day event at TD Garden in Boston.

Monday night is the start of the 72nd Beanpot Tournament in Boston, when BC will take on Northeastern and NU will play Harvard at TD Garden. Northeastern has won two straight and five of the last six.
