To commemorate the 17th anniversary of the release of the Xbox 360, video game peripheral maker, Hyperkin has officially announced today that it is resurrecting the iconic video game controller.

The Xbox 360 was a much sleeker console that brought with it a new controller with wireless capabilities and a design that was far more comfortable to hold.

Hyperkin the company that's known for making retro-inspired gaming accessories, is making a Xbox 360 controller that can be used on the Xbox Series X|S. You'll be able to pre-order one on May 5.

The Hyperkin Xenon, a USB-C wired remake of the Xbox 360 controller for the Xbox Series X / S and PC, is now set to launch in June. Preorders for the “classic” gamepad begin in May.
