A developer has enabled Android 12’s wallpaper-based theme system in the Developer Preview. The feature changes the entire color scheme of Android based on a dominant color.

Android 10's dark theme affects the entire system and your apps by default, but not your wallpaper. If you want the wallpaper to change, this app can do it.

Chrome OS now themes the app dock based on your wallpaper on the developer channel. Ben Schoon ... the dock will become a solid color which is pulled directly from the wallpaper.
