Former Orioles star Trey Mancini considered pursuing a career as a public speaker before deciding to give baseball another chance.

The former Oriole is in Diamondbacks camp on a minor league contract with an invite to spring training, and making the most of the opportunity in front of him.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have reassigned veteran Trey Mancini to minor league camp. Mancini agreed to a minor league contract with the organization in early February.
