Thompson/Center Arms is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2025. Since 1965, T/C Arms has built a legacy rooted in the pioneering spirit of American hunters.

Shortly after, in 1970, founders Warren Center and K.W. Thompson would spark a resurgence of interest in black-powder weapons with their introduction of the beautiful and vastly popular Hawken rifle.

When Thompson Center Arms moved out of state, only about seven of its employees transferred to the Springfield, Mass. facility. The rest stayed in the local area, and some are looking for work.
