NBC hiring Carmelo Anthony as NBA studio analyst next season: Sources
NBC has hired Carmelo Anthony to serve as one of the network’s top studio analysts when it begins broadcasting NBA games next season, sources briefed on the network’s plans said Thursday. Anthony, 40, retired from playing in May 2023 and is a Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame nominee this year.

Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse men’s basketball great Carmelo Anthony will join NBC as an in-studio host when the network begins broadcasting NBA games next season, according to a report by The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand. Marchand cited anonymous sources who have been briefed on the network’s plans.
