The two new destinations expand upon Spirit’s existing service to Fort Lauderdale, FL, Myrtle Beach, SC and Orlando, FL from Bradley. Michael W. Shea, the CAA’s executive director, said routes announced Friday will expand low-cost fare options at Bradley.

Now, it's March 2025 and Spirit is back with massive changes on the way. The days of Spirit being a budget airline are reputedly over as the company seeks to rebrand itself as premium airline moving forward.

Passengers flying out of Detroit will have more flight options, thanks to Spirit Airlines' addition of 15 nonstop and resuming routes from DTW.
