The Xperia XA2, Xperia XA2 Ultra, and Xperia L2 will be available starting in late January, though Sony didn't say how much any of them will cost.

Sony has used CES 2018 to reveal its latest additions to the Xperia line -- the Xperia L2, XA2, and XA2 Ultra.

Sony announced the Xperia XA2, Xperia XA2 Ultra, and Xperia L2 smartphones at CES on Monday. The mid-range devices feature rear-facing fingerprint scanners and 120-degree wide-angle selfie cameras.

Of course, another difference between the two XA2 models is the size. As the standard Xperia XA2 comes loaded with a 5.2-inch display while the XA2 Ultra offers a 6-inch display.

And whereas the Xperia XA1 has a 5.0-inch, 720 x 1280 display, the 5.2-inch XA2 (pictured above and below) looks to offer the same full HD, 1080 x 1920 resolution as the larger 6.0-inch XA2 Ultra ...

The Xperia L2 is home to a 5.5-inch HD display (which Sony notably doesn't say is Full HD, suggesting 720p), and a 3,300 mAh battery, just like the one found in the XA2.

Sony's mid-range lineup is getting refreshed, but it will unfortunately look familiar to many fans. Sony is keeping the same design language for the Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra, and L2 in 2018.
