Topeka Zoo elephant Cora, who appeared 45 years ago in a "Smokey and the Bandit" movie, is expected to get a visit June 9 from fans of those films.

Burt Reynolds' niece, Nancy Lee Hess, visited Cora the elephant at the Topeka Zoo as part of the "Bandit Run." Cora, now 67, played "Charlotte" in "Smokey and the Bandit II" alongside Reynolds.
