The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Public School District will begin accepting online applications for its preschool program for the 2025-2026 school year on Saturday, April 5, at 10 a.m.

About 150 youth football players participated in the Scotch Plains-Fanwood PAL Summer Football Camp during the first week of July.

The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education is hoping that a $44 million referendum on Jan. 28 will help solve some of the space problems caused by the school district's growing enrollment.

“This is a chance for Scotch Plains and Fanwood residents to shape the future of our schools and communities,” Mast said. “Please remember to vote on Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the polls.
