Resistance: Fall of Man draws players into a deep, frightening story that rewrites the 20th century and pits the United States and Britain against a horrific species of unknown origin.

Rather than the demonic invasions in DOOM: The Dark Ages, Resistance: Fall of Man is a more traditional alien invasion. The game lives up to its subtitle with a dark and apocalyptic atmosphere.

Sony-owned games like Resistance: Fall of Man and Infamous: Second Son are also getting removed. The new PS Plus Extra and Premium games for May 2025 have yet to be announced.

This library is going to be a little lighter come May though because Resistance: Fall of Man — the first game in the series — and Resistance 2 are being removed from PS Plus Premium in May.
