PvZ3 will be free to play, but it will still have microtransactions. The original Plants vs. Zombies was released on PC and Mac in 2009 before making its way to mobile devices.
PvZ3 looks like it will follow suit. While EA hasn’t detailed much of the game, it does say it will be free-to-play, though microtransactions won’t be present in the alpha version.
PvZ3 once again brings players the classic tower defense gameplay of the original, with a new episodic narrative, base building, and plant growing elements thrown in for good measure.
Players had the same level of expectation when EA announced the newest sequel, PvZ3. Ad. The game was soft-launched in major regions like the US, Netherlands, and Australia, to name a few.
PvZ3 also adds new elements like streamlined combat, a customizable Neighborville, and an episodic narrative with new characters and lore to expand the world.
