McKesson expects PRISM Vision to add about 20 cents to 30 cents to its adjusted earnings per share in the first 12 months following the close of the transaction, and then to be between 65 cents and 75 cents accretive by the end of the third year.

McKesson (NYSE:MCK) has agreed to acquire an 80% controlling interest in PRISM Vision Holdings, an ophthalmology and retina management services provider, from Quad-C for about $850M. PRISM Vision physicians will continue to retain a 20% interest in PRISM Vision.

McKesson (MCK) announced that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Prism Vision. McKesson will purchase an 80%
