Several states in the central U.S. were hit hard overnight by a deadly storm that reportedly caused flash flooding and even destructive tornadoes.

More than a dozen twisters ripped across the US Wednesday, including a tornado in Owasso, Oklahoma, that damaged buildings, utility poles, and trees.

A massive storm system has slammed the Central and Southern United States. Tornadoes, large lighting storms, hail, high winds, flooding and rain have all been reported. Tennessee, Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio are the states pictured in this compilation of footage compiled from April 2-April 3.
