Off the left half-wall of the Flyers’ zone, Penguins forward Jeff Carter slammed Flyers forward Nicolas Deslaurier to the ice, freeing a puck for Penguins forward Jansen Harkins to claim possession.

But there was no reason to celebrate the accomplishment as the Penguins lost their second consecutive game to the Flyers, falling 2-1 in overtime at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center.

After four consecutive losses - the latest being a 6-1 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday - the Pittsburgh Penguins will look to bounce back Thursday at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.
